Ingredients
- Aperol
- 10 cl cider (brut)
- sparkling water (Salée (San Pellegrino, badoit...))
- lemon juice
- 1 apple (à couper en fines tranches pour décorer)
- 2 cl whisky (pur malt)
Preparation
Directly in the glass: Pour the cider, whisky, 1 dash of Aperol and 1 dash of lemon juice into a glass. Add the sparkling water, and stir with a bar spoon. Cut a thin slice of apple and place it in the cocktail.
