1.50 cl de vermouth dry

Préparation

Fill the martini glass with ice cubes to chill it while preparing the cocktail Add 6 ice cubes and the vermouth to a mixing glass Stir vigorously for 15 seconds to flavor the ice cubes with the vermouth Discard the liquid, holding back the ice cubes with a strainer Pour the vodka over the ice cubes Stir for 5 to 10 seconds Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass (emptied of its ice cubes) Garnish with a green olive or lemon zest
