Directly in the glass Pour the Angostura bitters over the brown sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass Add 2 ice cubes and stir Add one third of the rum measure and 2 ice cubes, then stir Repeat this last step 2 more times Add sugar syrup to taste Garnish with a lime zest
