Preparation of the Quimperlé cocktail
Pour the Fernet Branca and strawberry liqueur one after the other into a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Pour into a large glass. Add the cider, then whisk the egg white until stiff and gently pour it into the glass. Serve immediately.
