Preparation of the Porto Flip cocktail
Pour the cognac, the egg yolk, the port, the heavy cream and the sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice, then shake vigorously. Serve in a large tulip glass and sprinkle with grated nutmeg to garnish. You can use a whole egg, which will make the mixture frothier, and add ground cinnamon.
