Ingrédients
- 5 cl de crème de coco
- 4 cl de rhum blanc
- 2 cl de rhum ambré
- 6 de glaçons
- 10 cl de jus d'ananas
Préparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a smooth frozen-style mixture (crushed ice) Pour into a tasting glass. Garnish with a quarter slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint or a pineapple leaf. Some like it sweeter! - Add a spoonful of sugar syrup or - Replace the coconut cream with a scoop of coconut ice cream (will increase the sweetness) Tip to make it creamier: - Add a tablespoon of crème fraîche or - Replace the coconut cream with a scoop of coconut ice cream (will increase the sweetness)
