- 5 cl de rhum blanc (cubain (havana club, bacardi))
- 2 cuillère(s) à café de sucre roux / cassonade
- 1 demi de citrons vert
- glace pilée
Préparation
Blend the watermelon in a blender Place the mint leaves in the bottom, then add the sugar and the lime cut into wedges Muddle everything carefully to extract the flavors, taking care not to shred the mint Fill half the glass with crushed ice (or 4 to 6 ice cubes) Pour in the rum and watermelon juice and stir gently. Top up the glass with sparkling water and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Serve with a straw and a stirrer. You can add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel for garnish.
