Ingredients
- 25 gr cane sugar syrup
- 1 egg ((jaune d'oeuf))
- 10 cl semi-skimmed milk
- 1 pincée ground cinnamon (ou noix de muscade)
- 1 cuillère(e) à soupe crème fraîche (liquide)
- 1 cl whisky (ou de rhum ou brandy)
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the cinnamon or nutmeg. Be careful not to let it boil, just heat it through. Whisk the egg yolk and sugar together for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the hot milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Let the mixture thicken over medium heat in a saucepan. Let cool slightly and add the crème fraîche and your spirit (whisky, rum, bourbon, or brandy)
