Preparation of the Irish Coffee cocktail
Whip the heavy cream until frothy. While the coffee is brewing, warm the whisky slightly. In a large glass, add the sugar, then slowly pour in the coffee. Top with the whisky and float the cream on top. You can garnish with a pinch of cocoa powder.
