Préparation

Muddle a quarter of a pear Beat the egg white for a few seconds. Pour the two ingredients into a shaker and add the lemon juice, sugar syrup, and vodka. Shake the shaker for about 10 seconds, then add the ice and shake again. Strain your mixture and pour it into a coupe glass.
