Ingredients
- 6 cl cachaça
- 1 cuillère(e) à soupe powdered sugar (de canne de préférence)
- 1 lime lemons
- crushed ice
Preparation
Cut the lime into wedges, then muddle it in an old-fashioned glass with the sugar until the juice is fully extracted Cover with a layer of crushed ice Pour in the cachaça and stir with a teaspoon. Drink it through a straw. Cut it into two pieces, one longer than the other. You can replace the cachaça with vodka to make a caïpiroska, or with rum for a caïpissima, mixed with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
